PrimeTenders.in provides assistance for Class 3 Digital Signature Certificates, USB token setup, video verification guidance, e-tendering, GeM support, website development and business automation. The exact scope, price, validity, delivery method and timeline will be confirmed in the quotation or order communication.

3. DSC applications and verification

A Digital Signature Certificate is issued and managed by the relevant licensed Certifying Authority. Approval depends on the authority's verification process and the accuracy of the information and documents supplied by the applicant. PrimeTenders.in can provide guidance but does not control the authority's decision, portal availability or processing time.

4. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, valid identity and business documents, attend verification when required, keep their USB token and credentials secure, and use certificates and portal accounts lawfully. Customers are responsible for reviewing all tender requirements and submitting information before the relevant deadline.

5. Quotes, payments and cancellation

Prices and service availability are confirmed before an order is accepted. Payment terms, taxes, delivery charges and any applicable cancellation or refund conditions will be stated in the quotation or invoice. Certificate fees and third-party charges may be subject to the issuing authority's policies.

6. Third-party portals

Government portals, GeM, e-tendering platforms, Certifying Authorities and other third-party services operate independently. PrimeTenders.in is not responsible for their downtime, policy changes, rejection decisions, technical failures or delays outside our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual property

The PrimeTenders.in name, website content, graphics and original materials belong to PrimeTenders.in or their respective owners. They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide guidance and services with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee certificate approval, tender award, portal acceptance, uninterrupted availability or a particular business result. To the extent permitted by law, PrimeTenders.in is not liable for indirect losses arising from third-party systems, missed deadlines, inaccurate customer information or unauthorised use of customer credentials.
